Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain who are aged 18 or over, have a valid Tesco Clubcard and are opted in to receive marketing communications. Any employees or workers of the Promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion) are excluded from entering this Promotion. Participants confirm they are aged 18+ by entering this Promotion.

- Purchase of any Cadbury product is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the claimant to receive their Reward. Internet access and email address required.
- Purchase Period: Purchase any Cadbury product and scan your Clubcard at checkout within a Purchase Window (outlined below) between 00:01 GMT on the 16 January 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 18 February 2025 inclusive.

Claim Period: Claim in the relevant Claim Window, depending on the Purchase Window in which you made your purchase. Any claims made before or after the relevant Claim Window for your Purchase Window will not be valid.

- Maximum of 1 claim is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may receive more than 1 Reward.

How to participate:
During the Purchase Period, purchase any Cadbury product in-store or online at Tesco and scan your Clubcard at checkout.

How to claim:
Depending on which Purchase Window you made your purchase in, you will be sent a corresponding Claim Email, as set out in Clause 5. During the relevant Claim Window, click on the unique link in the Email and complete the online form to confirm your details (full name and email address) to claim your Reward.
- The Rewards: Each valid claimant will receive 1 x code for 30% off Merlin Entertainments Annual Passes, valid on up to 4 Passes in a single transaction.

- The code will be provided via email.
- The code can be redeemed against any Merlin Annual Pass on www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/cadbury.
- The code can be redeemed against up to 4 Merlin Annual Passes in the same transaction. The code is valid for one transaction.
- The code will be valid until 30th June 2025.

- Reward Claiming: You will be required to claim your Reward by the end of the relevant Claim Window. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period will be void and invalid.
- Delivery: Fulfilment of the Reward will take place within 72 hours. In the unlikely event that a Reward does not arrive within 72 hours, the claimant must inform the Promoter by emailing cadburymerlin25@promowinners.com. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Reward or limit its value at its sole discretion.
- The Promoter may request that the claimants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the claimant’s discretion and is not a condition of Reward Claiming.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Reward in order for their Reward to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects Reward acceptance or delivery.
- Any Rewards returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details being supplied will be considered unwanted. In this case, the Reward will be forfeited and delivery will not be re-attempted.
- The Rewards are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Reward is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Reward for it, of equal or greater value.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, malware incident, technical failures, pandemic, epidemic, Government Order / Guidelines, delay in delivery of Promotional packs (including to the Promoter by its own suppliers), or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected claims.
- The recipients are responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Reward other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the Reward.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim page.
- For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of the participant to check junk/spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication. The Promoter is not responsible for a claimant missing a specified deadline if a direct message is missed for any reason.
- The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
- Verify the eligibility of participants by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a Reward may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
- Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
- Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
- Disqualify spam, bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
- Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly.
- Disqualify claims which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which claims are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and they will have the ultimate discretion as to the eligible claimants.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- The Promoter may refuse to award a Reward and void any entry in the event of any participant’s (or the Promoter reasonably suspecting any Participant’s) fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of the value of the Reward if the Reward has been awarded.
- The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information participants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at https://privacy.mondelezinternational.com/. The Promoter may disclose personal information of the participants to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with participants.
- The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Promotion. Additionally, the Promoter is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites of these Terms and Conditions and where such reproduction misstates or omits an of the information or terms and conditions connected with this Promotion.
- The Promoter is not liable for any damage or loss to a Reward caused by any third party. If a Reward is damaged or fails to be delivered, the Promoter has no obligation to provide a replacement Reward.
- If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Welsh law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
