This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain who are aged 18 or over and have a valid Tesco Clubcard, who have opted in to receive marketing communications from Tesco. This is excluding any employees of the Promoter, or any of its group undertakings and its agencies who are directly involved with the creation and administration of this promotion.
Entries are open from 00:01 on the 16th January 2025 – 23:59 on the 18th February 2025, or until 100,000 valid claims have been made per week, whichever occurs first.
During the promotion period, purchase any Cadbury product with a valid Clubcard in store or online, and scan your Clubcard at checkout. You will then receive an email within 5 working days of your purchase, with a link to an online form. Complete the online form to provide all required details. The first 100,000 people to complete the form will receive their reward.

Maximum of one claim is permitted per person during the promotion period. No person may receive more than one reward.
Each valid claimant will receive 1x code for 30% off Merlin Entertainments Annual Passes. Please note, the promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry/claim, and any that fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion will not be accepted or will be cancelled either upon claiming or retrospectively.

Rewards will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 100,000 valid claimants per week will be awarded the reward. If you claim after the maximum number of valid claims have already been made within an entry period, you will not be able to claim a reward within this weekly entry period.
Anyone who has successfully completed a winning claim will receive an automatic confirmation email, confirming their reward. This email will also contain the reward itself.
Rewards will be awarded in the form of digital codes. The code can be redeemed against any Merlin Annual Pass on www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/cadbury

In the unlikely event that a winner does not receive their reward after a successful claim within 72 hours or is having difficulty, winners must inform the Promoter by emailing cadburymerlin25@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the reward or limit its value at its sole discretion.
The rewards are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a reward is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another reward for it, of equal or greater value.
